Featuring an enamelled cast-iron griddle with a lifetime guarantee, this gas plancha ensures even heat distribution, guaranteeing perfect cooking results every time, and easy cleaning thanks to its high rims.
The power of the 3 high-efficiency double-rail burners enables a rapid rise in temperature up to 360°C for perfect searing of food. The double-walled frame confines the flame for optimum performance and wind resistance. Precise control knobs offer total control of cooking temperature.
Drawing on its experience in the marine sector, Eno has chosen the only marine-grade stainless steel for the chassis, which is highly resistant to corrosion.
It is available in 2 sizes, in stainless steel or steel, to be mounted on the cart of your choice or as an integrated cart combo.
