Tandoori chicken skewers

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 red onion
  • 4 chicken cutlets
  • 1 Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp. tandoori spices
  • Juice of 1/2 lemonolive oil
  • A few sprigs of coriander
  • Salt and peppe

 

PREPARATION

  1. Peel and chop the red onion into thick strips. Dice the chicken.
    In a salad bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the spices, lemon juice and 1 drizzle of oil.
    Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the diced chicken and coat with the mixture.
  2. Pre-heat the griddle. Thread the chicken onto skewers, alternating with the red onion, and cook on the plancha over medium heat for 10 minutes, turning regularly.
  3. Serve sprinkled with chopped coriander.
