Mexican Hot dog

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 hot dog buns 
  • 4 chicken sausages
  • ½ red bell pepper
  • ½ green pepper
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 4 coriander stalks
  • 2 sprigs of oregano
  • 4 tbsp Mexican sauce
  • Sunflower oil
  • Tortilla Chips
  • Salt and pepper

 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Dice the peppers and the onion.
2. Heat up the plancha over fairly high heat.
3. Open the hot dog buns in half without cutting them completely ; brown the inside on the plancha and set aside.
4. Pour a drizzle of oil on one side of the plancha and place the peppers and onion. Brown them, stirring regularly.
5. Pour a drizzle of oil on the other side of the plancha and brown the sausages,  flipping them regularly.
6. When the sausages are golden brown, drizzle the mexican sauce, salt and pepper, and stir well, then mix with the sausages.
7. Garnish the buns with the vegetables, then the sausages, you can add a little more sauce, and sprinkle with oregano and coriander leaves.
