Nectarine plancha with rosemary and mascarpone

Serves 4

Cooking time: 6 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • 4 nectarines
  • 1 large untreated lemon
  • 8 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tbsp. caster sugar

 

Preparation

  1. Wash rosemary stems. Wash, halve and core the nectarines. Wash the lemon, grate the zest and squeeze out the juice.
  2. Beat the mascarpone with the sugar and lemon zest in a bowl. Mix honey and lemon juice in a bowl.
  3. Heat the plancha, then place the rosemary sprigs on top of each nectarine half. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve the nectarines (without the rosemary) on small plates and drizzle with the lemon honey.
    Serve with the mascarpone and enjoy.
