Ingredients
- 250 g mascarpone cheese
- 4 nectarines
- 1 large untreated lemon
- 8 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tbsp. caster sugar
Preparation
- Wash rosemary stems. Wash, halve and core the nectarines. Wash the lemon, grate the zest and squeeze out the juice.
- Beat the mascarpone with the sugar and lemon zest in a bowl. Mix honey and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Heat the plancha, then place the rosemary sprigs on top of each nectarine half. Cook for about 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve the nectarines (without the rosemary) on small plates and drizzle with the lemon honey.
Serve with the mascarpone and enjoy.
