Marinated Squid with orange, olives and pine nuts

Marinade : 30 minutes
Cooking : 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • 2 oranges
  • A few sprigs of basil
  • 50 g pine nuts
  • About 20 green olives
  • 600 g small squid (ask your fishmonger to prepare them for you)
  • Salt and pepper

 

Instructions

  1. In a salad bowl, combine 1 drizzle of oil, the juice and zest of one orange, chopped basil, pine nuts, olives, and pepper.
  2. Add the squid and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Peel the second orange and remove the segments.
  4. On a very hot plancha, cook the marinated squid with the orange segments and serve.
