Marinated Squid with orange, olives and pine nuts

Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 2 oranges
- A few sprigs of basil
- 50 g pine nuts
- About 20 green olives
- 600 g small squid (ask your fishmonger to prepare them for you)
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a salad bowl, combine 1 drizzle of oil, the juice and zest of one orange, chopped basil, pine nuts, olives, and pepper.
- Add the squid and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Peel the second orange and remove the segments.
- On a very hot plancha, cook the marinated squid with the orange segments and serve.
