Equipped with a 2-burner gas griddle, this cart is made of powder-coated galvanized steel, the most corrosion- and UV-resistant steel available. Its 4 all-terrain wheels make it easy to move around, while the 2 fixed shelves provide the necessary surface for preparation. The gas bottle is concealed by a black curtain.
Featuring an enamelled cast-iron griddle with a lifetime guarantee, the Bergerac plancha ensures even heat distribution, guaranteeing perfect cooking results every time, and easy cleaning thanks to its high rims. The power of the 2 high-efficiency double-rail burners enables a rapid rise in temperature up to 360°C for perfect searing of meat, fish and vegetables.
This combo is the best compromise of a powerful, high-performance plancha on a sturdy, robust cart. Available in stainless steel or steel, with a 2 or 3-burner plancha. The optional protective cover provides effective protection for the plancha.
